(NEW YORK) — David Letterman will welcome his one-time Late Night replacement, Conan O’Brien, onto his CBS program next week.
O’Brien, who hosts his own late-night show on TBS, will drop by CBS’ Late Show with David Letterman on Thursday, May 17. This will be the first time he’s appeared on the Late Show since 1999.
O’Brien replaced Letterman as the host of NBC’s Late Night in 1993. He hosted Late Night until 2009, then had a brief, ill-fated run as host of The Tonight Show.
Jimmy Fallon is the current host of Late Night.
