Fewer Mosquitoes Expected This Summer
(REXBURG) – Eastern Idaho’s mosquito population won’t be as pesky as usual this year. Authorities tell KIDK that a mild winter has left the bugs less water for laying eggs, and a few spring freezes have killed off a significant amount of larvae. Still, they say it never hurts to be prepared. Areas like the Henry’s Fork will still hold plenty of mosquitoes as the weather continues to heat up.
