(POCATELLO) – The former CEO of a Pocatello-based nonprofit company has been found guilty of embezzling funds. Nancy John allegedly took money from New Day Products, a community therapy company that employs disabled adults. John was given ten years probation and a possible eight additional years if she violates that probation. John will also be required to pay at least $20,000 in restitution and serve 10 days in jail. New Day Products is currently pursuing an extended restitution trial, which may require John to pay back even more.
