(REXBURG) – Local researchers met in Rexburg Tuesday to discuss ways to conserve eastern Idaho’s water supply. Officials with the Henry’s Fork Basin Council say there are several options available, including a possible resurrection for the Teton Dam. The council plans to compile all of their research into an interim report, which will be made available this October. They say implementing water conservation strategies is crucial for eastern Idaho’s development in virtually every industry.
