(IDAHO FALLS) – Medicare patients at a local care facility have less than two weeks to find a new place to live. The Idaho Falls Care and Rehabilitation Center has had its Medicare funding revoked. Authorities say that the facility has undergone several inspections due to complaints from beneficiaries and caregivers. They say Idaho Falls Care has been given several opportunities to fix problems and comply with regulations, but has failed to do so. The facility can reapply for Medicare in about six months
