Idaho Falls Has Mysterious Fish Deaths
(IDAHO FALLS) – More than 100 rainbow trout in the Ryder Park pond in Idaho Falls have died in the last week, leaving wildlife biologists scratching their heads. Fish and Game officials have been monitoring the water’s chemical composition and temperature, but still aren’t sure what might be causing the deaths. They hope the results of recent toxicology tests will give them the answer. In the mean time, they’re urging residents to avoid consuming any fish from the pond.
