Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — Lindsay Lohan’s alleged hit-and-run while leaving a Hollywood nightclub in March will be examined by Los Angeles prosecutors.

TMZ.com reports the L.A. police will send the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for review.

To refresh your memory, Lindsay allegedly struck the manager of Hollywood’s Hookah Lounge with her car while driving away from a nearby nightclub. She has publicly denied the allegation.

Sources who spoke to TMZ speculate that there isn’t enough evidence to charge Lindsay, based on videos and interviews related to the incident.
