Paul Supporters Seek Loophole to Oust Romney

(IDAHO FALLS) – Winning only 18 percent of GOP voters in the Idaho caucus isn’t enough to make Ron Paul back down. A grassroots effort of Paul’s most vocal supporters threatens to strip leading candidate Mitt Romney of all 32 Idaho delegates. In Nevada and Maine already, Paul supporters have bypassed the popular vote and rejected Romney’s delegates at their respective state conventions, opting instead to send delegates for Paul to the national convention. Gem State delegates will have the same option if Paul’s supporters have a two-thirds majority after the May 15 primary.
