Rammell Faces Jury Trial

(KOOSKIA) – Former U.S. Senate hopeful Rex Rammell will face a jury trial next month for illegally hunting in central Idaho last fall. Rammell had his hunting privileges revoked after he was found guilty of poaching a cow elk in Bonneville County in 2010. He was cited again in August of 2011 on three counts of hunting with a suspended license and one permit violation. Rammell’s previous poaching conviction is currently under appeal. A pre-trial hearing has been set for June 12 in Idaho County.
