Report: “People” Paying $800K for Jessica Simpson’s Baby Pics

ABC/RANDY HOLMES(LOS ANGELES) — Jessica Simpson’s little bundle of joy is about to make her a bundle.
The magazine Women’s Wear Daily reports People magazine is forking over “about 800 thousand dollars” to publish exclusive pictures of Maxwell Drew Johnson, Simpson’s 2-week-old daughter with fiancee Eric Johnson.
While this pales in comparison to the $6 million People ponied up for shots of Jennifer Lopez’ twins with then-hubby Marc Anthony back in 2008, baby Maxwell is helping mom’s bottom line out in another way.
Simpson reportedly inked a $4 million deal with Weight Watchers to lose all the baby weight she gained during her pregnancy. She sold that exclusive cover story to Us Weekly.
