(IDAHO FALLS) – The Tautphaus Park Zoo is welcoming a new tiger. Basha, a Siberian tiger, came to Idaho Falls last week from Utah’s Hogle Zoo. Local News 8 reports that Basha is starting to get used to her new home, but is still a little shy around visitors. Siberian tigers are the largest cats in the world, and are extremely rare. There are a little over a thousand Siberian tigers in existence, over half of which are in zoos.
