(SAN JOSE, Calif.) — Apple was given a victory on Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh when she blocked the U.S. sales of Samsung Galaxy Nexus, one of the biggest competitors in the Smartphone business, according to the LA Times.
Apple argued that the Galaxy Nexus phone had too many similarities to the iPhone including the user interface, packaging and the shape of the hardware and believed this to be patent infringement.
