Williams made headlines recently when he tweeted a picture of the team’s playbook. Despite the error, all seems to be forgiven between Williams and the Broncos organization.

Williams had posted a photo of his iPad sitting on a desk. It showed six defensive formations or variations of the same formation. After getting word from Broncos officials, Williams deleted the photo, but it still went viral.

“Basically, we discussed it,” head coach John Fox said, “and I think all in all our guys do a great job of keeping our fans informed, and you’re going to have a couple of mishaps and you just move on.”

“I called him immediately,” cornerback Champ Bailey said. “After you really look at it, it really wasn’t that big of a deal.”

Williams is entering his ninth season with the Broncos and has led the team in tackles four out of the past five seasons. In 2011, he recorded 90 tackles with five sacks and three forced fumbles.
