(NEW YORK) — The Boston Bruins re-signed centers Chris Kelly and Gregory Campbell to multi-year extensions.
Kelly signed a four-year deal worth $12 million and Campbell signed a three-year deal worth $4.8 million.
Kelly, 31, was traded to the Bruins in the middle of their Cup winning 2010-2011 season. He scored 20 goals, the most of his career last season, while usually centering the B’s third line.
Campbell, 28, joined Boston before the 2010 season when the Florida Panthers traded him and Nathan Horton to the Bruins.
Campbell played in 78 games last season, scoring eight goals and dishing out eight assists, while centering the fourth line.
