iStockphoto/Thinkstock(FORT COLLINS, Colo.) – A spot fire amid the 68-thousand acres burning west of Fort Collins, Colorado has prompted more evacuations.

Sheriff Justin Smith says some of those being told to leave had been evacuated earlier.

Incident commander Bill Hahnenberg says six hotshot crews and bulldozers were called in to the battle.

“Given this terrain, given the extent of this fire, I would say it’s pretty darn stubborn. But you know what? We’re stubborn too. We’re not quitting,” adds Hahnenberg.
