EICAP Receives National Honor

(IDAHO FALLS) – The Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership is being recognized for their hard work and service to the area. Officials say the Idaho Falls-based group is receiving the 2012 Award for Excellence at the National Community Action Partnership’s convention in New York City this August. EICAP manages several innovative services regionally, including the Haven shelter and energy conservation programs.
