Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris Together Again

Denise Truscello/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — Hugh Hefner has reconciled with Crystal Harris, the Playboy cover girl who jilted him just five days before their planned wedding last June. Hef, 86, tweeted about the subject on Thursday night, saying, “Getting back together with Crystal Harris shouldn’t be a big surprise, since I have a history of remaining close to former girlfriends.”
The 26-year-old Harris confirmed with a follow-up tweet, “Yes @hughhefner and I are back together. Yes I am his #1 girl again. Yes we are happy. Hope that clears up any confusion! Xo”
The July 2011 issue of Playboy, which was sent out to stores within days of the wedding date, featured the American-born British model on the cover. The headline read “Introducing Mrs. Crystal Hefner.” It was later covered on newsstand issues with a sticker that read “Runaway Bride.”
