Lady Gaga’s Friend Elton John Worries that She’s Too ‘Frail’ and ‘Doesn’t Eat’

ABC/ Ida Mae Astute(LONDON) — Lady Gaga is in the middle of her lengthy Born This Way Ball world tour, and has a punishing schedule — which is causing one of her celebrity friends to worry about her.
Speaking to the British paper The Guardian, rock legend Elton John, a friend of Gaga’s who tapped her to be godmother to his son Zachary, says he’s concerned about Gaga’s health because she works so hard. In fact, he’s so worried that he’s actually spoken to her parents about it.
“I look at Gaga and I think, ‘How does she do it?'” Elton tells the paper. “I talk to her mum and dad about it. They worry. She is frail, and she doesn’t eat when she should do, and she’s a girl, and it’s tougher for a girl.” Elton notes that Gaga’s schedule means that she’s “in Denmark one night and Saudi Arabia the next,” adding, “I know how tiny she is and I do worry about her, yes.”
