Law Professor Takes Up “Five Wives” Case

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – A George Washington University law professor is threatening a lawsuit against the Idaho Liquor Commission’s decision to ban Five Wives vodka. Jonathan Turley says he will represent Ogden’s Own Distillery if the state refuses to back down over the restriction. State officials say the brand makes an audacious reference to polygamy that is offensive to women and members of the LDS Church.
