Paintfest Underway in Pocatello

(POCATELLO) – The Portneuf Valley Paintfest is underway this week. Businesses are organized into teams to paint the homes of the elderly. This year’s event has 18 homes in Pocatello and Chubbuck slated for a fresh coat of paint. Officials say they like giving back to some of the area’s most deserving neighbors. The Paintfest has painted over 500 homes for senior citizens since 1987.
