Paparazzo Seeking Medical Expenses from Lindsay Lohan

Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a paparazzo for $16,468 in medical expenses for alleged injuries he suffered after being struck by a car in which the actress was a passenger, eonline.com reports.
Photographer Grigor Balyan claims he was struck by Lohan’s car outside a Los Angeles nightclub in 2010.
Balyan alleges he was taking pictures of the Mean Girls star when a car her assistant was driving struck him, causing him orthopedic and neurologic injuries. The photographer says he’s seeking “reasonable compensation,” but according to his lawyer, Lohan’s insurance company has only made him an “insignificant offer.”
Balyan first filed a lawsuit against Lohan in January, and recently filed court papers asking for compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and loss of property among other things. Lohan was served with the complaint on Sunday.
