Prison Guard Accused of Sex with Inmate

(POCATELLO, ID) — An officer at the Women’s Correctional Center in Pocatello has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with an inmate. Fifty-nine-year-old Kim Rogers has been placed on administrative leave without pay. Rogers has worked with the Idaho Department of Correction for nearly ten years. State prison officials have turned over the investigation to the Pocatello Police Department. The accusation of sexual contact with a prisoner carries a felony charge.
