Among the injured bystanders that night was none other San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker, and he’s suing the club owner as a result.

Parker is suing the owners of the W.i.P. night club in SoHo for $20 million after reportedly suffering a scratched retina that he says occurred during the incident between Drake and Brown. The suit was filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday.

Parker and his lawyers claim that the owners should have known better then to allow the two celebrities to be in the same venue together.

The extent of Parker’s injury isn’t known yet. He is still expected to play for France in the upcoming Olympics, but is missing the first week of camp until his eye properly heals.
