Published at(POCATELLO) – Nearly 125,000 volunteers have spent the last two months making the newly-released 1940 Census researchable. Genealogy indexers have catalogued more than 75 million records for 18 states, with the biggest push for indexers coming from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and other family history organizations.
