Aberdeen Man Dies in Rollover

(ABERDEEN) – An Aberdeen man was killed Saturday morning in a rollover on State Highway 39. 28-year-old Gabriel Gonzalez-Rivas was ejected at the scene of the accident just north of the Bingham and Power County line. Police say Gonzalez attempted to pass another vehicle, went off the side of the roadway and overcorrected. His passenger, 33-year-old Pedro Gonzalez-Serna was flown to Portneuf Medical Center and is listed in critical condition. Police say alcohol was a factor in the crash.
