Buescher Wins Third NASCAR Trucks Race At Chicagoland
Published at(JOLIET, Ill.) — NASCAR Camping World Truck driver James Buescher took home the checkered flag in Saturday’s running of the American Ethanol 225 at Chicagoland Speedway.
The 22-year-old Buescher sped to his third victory of the season when he past Timothy Peters on the final lap, then held off a late charge from Brendan Gaughan.
Todd Bodine made NASCAR history when he started in his 200th career trucks race, becoming the only driver with at least 200 starts in NASCAR’s top three series. He finished in 18th.
