Elin Nordegren’s New Swedish Beau

JEFF HAYNES/AFP/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Looks like Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, has a thing for athletes.
Nordegren was spotted last week with San Jose Sharks defenseman Douglas Murray, 32, at Rose Nightclub in Stockholm, according to a report by Swedish website Expressen.
Witnesses told the website the pair, who are both Swedish, was hugging and being affectionate.
The Swedes were also seen earlier this month having dinner with golf star Jesper Parnevik, who introduced Nordegren to Woods in 2001.
Although the NHL star confirmed he was at Rose Nightclub with Nordegren, he was quick to deny they were dating.
“We are only friends,” Murray told Expressen. “We are not dating and we have never dated. We have friends in common and we have only known each other for a couple of weeks.”
Nordegren, 32, split from businessman Jamie Dingman in January, who she had been linked to since last summer.
Woods’ ex currently lives with her two children in North Palm Beach, Fla. She split from the golfer in August 2010 after reports that he cheated with a parade of other women.
