(BOISE) – Idaho State Police are cracking down on marijuana entering the state illegally from Oregon. Officials say 40 percent of Idaho’s pot seizures come from medical marijuana dealers in Oregon. Nearly 200 Idaho residents carry medical marijuana cards from the Beaver State, though transporting the drugs across state lines is still a criminal offense. Dealers in Oregon say it’s their duty to provide marijuana for patients from outside the state.
