Idaho Falls Mayor Suffers From Memory Disorder

(IDAHO FALLS) – Idaho Falls Mayor Jared Fuhriman has announced that he suffers from a mild short term memory disorder. Fuhriman tells Local News 8 that the disorder does not significantly impact his job performance, and that he intends to stay on the job. The mayor wanted to come forward as an act of transparency, Fuhriman’s doctor says the mayor might have a hard time micromanaging little details, but is still fully capable of performing his day-to-day duties. Fuhriman says he’s had to take copious notes to make sure things run smoothly.
