Idaho Falls Woman Eludes Police

(IDAHO FALLS) – An Idaho Falls woman was arrested earlier this week after allegedly trying to flee from police during a traffic stop. 31-year-old Erica Rodriguez was taken into custody after she crashed her car into a tree near the East Idaho Credit Union on Woodruff early Monday morning. Police also found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in the woman’s car. Authorities say Rodriguez was travelling at nearly 60 miles per hour in residential neighborhoods during the chase.
