(NEW YORK) — Jason Kidd is one of the newest members to join the New York Knicks, but he partied too hard this past Sunday in the Hamptons because he ran his car into a light pole, according to the New York Post.
He was arrested by police and charged with a DWI at Southampton Justice Court.
Kidd, 39, went to Southampton Hospital for injuries, then headed to Southampton police station for processing and was released from court on his own accord.
Before the incident, Kidd attended an East Hampton charity event with his model wife, Porschia Coleman, and was seen afterward drinking at the club SL East.
