(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —  The Seventh District Court has dismissed a relief motion from a man convicted of killing an Idaho Falls woman.  Christopher Tapp admitted to killing Angie Dodge in 1996, but claimed he was without legal representation at the time. Prosecutors pointed out that Tapp’s current story contradicted a sworn affidavit he made 10 years ago.  The court’s decision came after an evidentiary hearing was held in February.  Prosecutor Bruce Pickett hopes the ruling will bring more closure to those affected by Dodge’s murder.
