(NEW YORK) — JaValle McGee is staying in Denver. The Denver Nuggets announced Wednesday they have re-signed McGee to a multi-yearcontract.
Yahoo! Sports reports it’s a four-year deal worth $44 million.
“Just signed with Denver, could not be happier! Thank you to the Kroenke family and the fans for their support,” McGee tweeted Wednesday.
The 24-year-old center was traded from the Washington Wizards to the Nuggets near the end of last season. In 20 regular season games with Denver, McGee averaged 10.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game.
