Pocatello Man Wins $50K From Idaho Lottery

(POCATELLO) – An Idaho State University student is $50,000 richer. Andrew Cruz, who recently returned from military service in Iraq won the money through a $5 Big Word scratch ticket from the Idaho Lottery. Cruz purchased the ticket at the Common Cents store on 17th and Holmes in Idaho Falls shortly before going to the movies last weekend. The mixed martial arts professional plans to invest his winnings until he finishes college and then use the funds to open his own gym.
