Report: Duncan Staying in San Antonio
Published at(NEW YORK) — The San Antonio Spurs and forward Tim Duncan have agreed to a three-year contract worth approximately $36 million, according to Yahoo! Sports.
The 36-year-old has played 15 seasons in the NBA, all with the Spurs. He has won two league MVP’s, and has helped lead the Spurs to four NBA Championships.
For his career Duncan has averaged 20.3 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game.
Duncan and the Spurs made it to the Western Conference Finals last season before being eliminated by the Oklahoma City Thunder in six games.
