The suit alleges that the weight loss product Organic Liaison is not the reason that Alley lost 100 pounds as the actress stated online and on QVC.

Marina Abramyan has filed a class action suit, which alleges that Alley lost weight because of her fitness schedule on Dancing with the Stars and by eating a low-calorie diet.

Abramyan also claims that Organic Liaison is merely calcium and fiber, which is not a proven weight-loss product.  She is suing for unspecified damages.

So far, Alley’s representatives have made no comment on the lawsuit.
