Tapp’s Attorney: Murderer Still at Large

(IDAHO FALLS) – The attorney for convicted killer Christopher Tapp says the real murderer of Angie Dodge is still at large. Public defender John Thomas tells Local News 8 that his client was coerced into admitting to the rape and murder of the 18-year-old in 1996. Earlier this week a judge dismissed a relief motion from Tapp, citing that Tapp’s original confession still stands. Thomas has also reached out to the Dodge family, promising to find their daughter’s true killer.
