Teton County, Wyo. Receives Forfeiture Funds
(JACKSON, Wyo.) – When police recover money during drug busts, those funds often stay in limbo for years. However, a marijuana bust on Teton Pass earned Teton County Wyoming nearly $7,000 this week. The state collected nearly $34,000 in forfeited money after the October 26, 2011 incident. Teton County will use its share to help pay for future illegal drug investigations.
