(NEW YORK) — Spider-Man swings back into theaters Tuesday, just in time for the Fourth of July holiday.
The Amazing Spider-Man casts The Social Network actor Andrew Garfield as the Marvel web-slinger. In the reboot, Peter Parker/Spider-Man is on a mission to find out why his parents disappeared when he was a kid. Along the way, he clashes with his father’s former partner, Dr. Curt Connors played by Rhys Ifans, who becomes the villain The Lizard.
Emma Stone and Denis Leary also star in The Amazing Spider-Man, which is screening in 3D. It’s rated PG-13. [Click here to read a review]
