The court ruling also ensures that Gabor’s daughter, Constance Francesca Gabor Hilton, will be allowed to visit the ailing actress once a week and receive statements detailing her finances on a monthly basis.

Anhalt and Hilton feuded publicly for months, but he told reporters that he was pleased with the outcome of Wednesday’s ruling, saying, “I’m the conservator now of my wife, so that’s good.” He added, “She’s doing fine.”

Under the new arrangements, Hilton will get weekly visits with her mother, but she must give notice 24 hours ahead of time. “The hope is that it will work well for the six months that we’ve agreed to have it in place,” Hilton’s attorney told reporters.

Gabor, 95, has been hospitalized on and off for the last two years.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz set another hearing for January 9 to evaluate how the agreement has worked.
