American Falls Woman Mauled By Pit Bulls

(AMERICAN FALLS) – A woman was mauled by her neighbor’s pit bulls near her home in a American Falls Sunday morning. Family members say 61-year-old Nancy Davis found her dog being attacked by two pit bulls in her yard. After freeing her own pet, the dogs turned on her, severely injuring her head, face, arms, and hands. The dogs’ owner has been cited with four misdemeanors, and both animals are scheduled to be euthanized today. Officials say Davis’ wounds are non-life-threatening.
