American Idol Hopefuls Try-Out in Idaho Falls

(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —   Hundreds of young people turned out Saturday at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls,  with dreams of possibly making it on American Idol.   The show’s newest concept, a “Tour Bus”, stopped in Idaho Falls on its way to 10-cities this Summer looking for the unusual and talented with a chance that they might sing their way on American Idol.   None of the judges were in town only producers.   They are very tight-lipped about what happens when someone is deemed good enough to move forward.   Every contestant had to sing and then sign paperwork, swearing them to secrecy.   Maybe sometime next May, the 2013 American Idol will hail from the Gem State.
