Chubbuck Police Respond to Theater Bomb Threats

(CHUBBUCK) – Police in Chubbuck responded to a bomb threat at both Carmike movie theaters Friday. The search came in response to a national bomb threat that affected 236 theaters in 35 states. Officials say the threat was aimed at all theaters showing “The Expendables 2,” and came from a suspect claiming to be a theater vendor. No bombs were found at any of the Carmike locations nationwide.
