Community Seeks Answers in Alleged Misuse of Funds

(RIGBY) – Many Jefferson County residents are looking for answers to rumors about a misuse of public funds. After reports surfaced that Sheriff Blair Olsen’s wife had been using a county-issued cell phone, some community members are asking for a full-scale audit of the Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say Olsen’s wife does have a county-issued cell phone, but only as a backup when they’re unable to reach Olsen any other way. County commissioners plan to discuss the issue at a meeting next week.
