(CHUBBUCK) – A spark from an excavator started a large fire in Chubbuck Monday afternoon at the intersection of Tyhee Road and Highway 91. Workers at E&G Contractors were loading rocks into a truck when a spark hit dry grass nearby. The shop at E&G burned to the ground, though crews were able to save the office. Power was temporarily shut off in the area as a precautionary measure, but was restored a short time later.
