Health Department Warns of Hepatitis Exposure

(POCATELLO, ID)  –  District Health officials are warning the public about a possible Hepatitis A exposure at a Pocatello restaurant. They say that an employee at Tom’s Gyro had the disease, and that customers who visited the restaurant between Aug. 2 and Aug. 14 could be at risk. Those who did are urged to contact Southeastern Idaho Public Health at 234-5888 to set an appointment for a vaccination. Shop patrons from July 15 to Aug. 2 are urged to contact their healthcare providers immediately.
