(OKLAHOMA CITY) — Center Serge Ibaka and the Okalahoma City Thunder have agreed on a four-year extension, according to the team.
Yahoo! Sports reports the extension is worth $48 million.
The 22-year-old Ibaka has played all three of his NBA seasons with the Thunder. He averaged 9.1 points and 7.5 rebounds per game last season. He also led the NBA in blocks, averaging 3.7 per game, and finished second in the NBA Defensive Player of the year voting.
Ibaka joins Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook as players that have agreed on long-term extensions with the Thunder.
