Judge Tosses Disabled Woman’s Lawsuit Against Johnny Depp

ABC/RICHARD CARTWRIGHT(LOS ANGELES) — A lawsuit filed in April that claimed Johnny Depp’s bodyguards roughed up a disabled woman at an Iggy Pop concert in Los Angeles last December has been dismissed.
TMZ.com reports a woman named Robin Eckert sued the star under the name Jane Doe, claiming his bodyguards dragged her on the ground, exposing her backside in the process.
The gossip site says a judge dismissed the case Thursday, declaring Eckert shouldn’t have filed it anonymously — but granted Eckert 20 days to refile the suit if she so chooses.
