Then came the reports that she was dropped from the Snow White sequel.

But things appear to be OK for Stewart, as there are no set plans for the sequel.

“We are extremely proud of Snow White and the Huntsman and we’re currently exploring all options to continue the franchise.  Any reports that Kristen Stewart has been dropped are false,” a rep for Universal Pictures, which produced Snow White, said in an email to ABC News.

Universal Pictures is working to reconstruct a possible follow-up into a spin-off focusing on the Huntsman, played by Chris Hemsworth, according to the Los Angeles Times. Stewart’s character could still make an appearance in that film.

Universal has not attached a writer or director to the film, the L.A. Times reported. Snow White was the first major film Sanders directed. It took in $380 million worldwide.

Stewart and Sanders were caught by photographers kissing in July. The director is married to British model Liberty Ross and the couple has two children. Stewart and Sanders both issued public apologies.

In an op-ed for the Daily Beast Wednesday, actress Jodie Foster, who starred alongside Stewart in 2002′s Panic Room, had some kind words for the young actress for how to deal with the media frenzy.

“Eventually this all passes. The public horrors of today eventually blow away,” Foster wrote. “And, yes, you are changed by the awful wake of reckoning they leave behind. You trust less. You calculate your steps. You survive. Hopefully in the process you don’t lose your ability to throw your arms in the air again and spin in wild abandon. That is the ultimate F.U. and — finally — the most beautiful survival tool of all. Don’t let them take that away from you.”

As for Pattinson, the actor has kept a low profile since the split but he emerged recently for a series of press events, including an appearance on Good Morning America, for his new film Cosmopolis. Pattinson has been tight-lipped about his personal life, telling GMA he has, “never been interested in trying to sell my personal life.”
