McGee Goes to Jail

(BOISE) – Former Idaho Sen. John McGee will spend at least three months in jail for a charge stemming from allegations that he sexually harassed a female staffer. Ada County Judge James Cawthon also revoked his withheld judgement involving McGee’s 2011 DUI conviction. McGee will serve an additional three years of supervised probation, counseling, and restitution. McGee resigned shortly after the harassment allegations surfaced earlier this year.
